These pulled pork sliders are the epitome of barbecue goodness, with tender, flavorful pork smothered in a savory and slightly sweet barbecue sauce. Perfect for casual gatherings or game day parties!
Ingredients:
- 3 lbs pork shoulder, boneless
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Slider buns
- Coleslaw optional, for topping
Instructions:
To make the marinade, put chicken, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and black pepper in a bowl
The pork shoulder should be put in a slow cooker, and the marinade should be poured over it so that it is well covered
For 8 hours on low, or until the pork is soft and can be torn apart with a fork
After the pork is done cooking, shred it with two forks and mix it with the rest of the sauce in the slow cooker
You can toast the slider buns in the grill or the oven
Put together the sliders by putting a lot of pulled pork on the bottom half of each bun
Add coleslaw if you want, and then put the other half of the bun on top
Enjoy while hot!
