Ingredients:
- 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into fries

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Preheat oven to 425F 220C
In a large bowl, toss sweet potato fries with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated
