Ingredients:
- 8 ounces orecchiette pasta
- 1 bunch broccolini, trimmed and cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Red pepper flakes for garnish optional
Instructions:
Cook orecchiette pasta according to package instructions
Drain and set aside
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat
Add minced garlic and saut until fragrant, about 1 minute
Add broccolini to the skillet and saut for 4-5 minutes, or until tender-crisp
Stir in cooked orecchiette pasta, heavy cream, and grated Parmesan cheese
Cook until the sauce thickens slightly and coats the pasta, about 2-3 minutes
Season with salt and black pepper to taste
Serve hot, garnished with red pepper flakes if desired
