Ingredients:
- 200g pork, thinly sliced
- 150g egg noodles, cooked and drained
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 cup broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions, chopped for garnish
Instructions:
Put the pork in a bowl and marinate it with sugar, salt, pepper, sesame oil, and soy sauce
Put it away for fifteen minutes
In a big skillet or wok, heat up one tablespoon of vegetable oil on high heat
Stir-fry the marinated pork until it becomes crispy and fully cooked
Take out of the wok and place aside
If necessary, add one more tablespoon of vegetable oil to the same wok
Stir-fry the onions and garlic for one to two minutes, or until fragrant
Add broccoli, bell pepper, and carrot
Stir-fry the vegetables for an additional three to four minutes, or until they are crisp-tender
Add the cooked egg noodles back to the wok along with the crispy pork
Add the oyster sauce and combine everything thoroughly
For complete heating, cook for a further two to three minutes
As needed, add more salt and pepper to taste the food
Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot
