Ingredients:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup cashews, chopped
  • 4 piadini flatbreads
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish

Instructions:

Soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, honey, sesame oil, ginger, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes should all be mixed together in a bowl

Put the chicken slices in the marinade, cover, and set it aside in the fridge for at least 30 minutes

Put the chicken in a skillet and heat it over medium-high heat

Cook the chicken until it's fully cooked

Take the chicken out of the pan and set it aside

Toast the cashews until they turn golden brown in the same pan

Follow the directions on the package to warm the piadini flatbreads

Put some chopped cabbage on each flatbread, then put cooked chicken and toasted cashews on top of that

Add green onions and sesame seeds that have been sliced on top

Cut the flatbreads in half and serve right away

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350F 175C

Grease a doughnut pan

In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt

In another bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract

Combine wet and dry ingredients, stirring until just combined

Spoon the batter into the doughnut pan, filling each mold about 2/3 full

Bake for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean

Allow doughnuts to cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely

For the glaze, whisk together powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth

Dip each doughnut into the glaze, allowing excess to drip off, and place back on the wire rack to set

Remove the buckwheat porridge from heat and let it cool slightly

Ingredients:

  • 3 lbs pork shoulder, boneless
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Slider buns
  • Coleslaw optional, for topping

Instructions:

To make the marinade, put chicken, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and black pepper in a bowl

The pork shoulder should be put in a slow cooker, and the marinade should be poured over it so that it is well covered
